    Remembrance Library, Self-Serve

Remembrance Library is a private, practical way to organize saved voice files, photographs, documents, and stories at your own pace. Each month gives you a small, clear preservation action so your remembrance work can grow without becoming another full-time task.

A calm place for what you already saved

Make the scattered pieces easier to find.

Most remembrance material begins in ordinary places: a voicemail, a phone folder, a video from a birthday, photographs on a laptop, a letter in a drawer, or a story you still carry in your head. The emotional weight makes organizing feel impossible. This membership gives you a simple sequence, so you can begin with what is already within reach.

You do the organizing. The library gives your work a home, a name, and a next step. There is room for pauses. A small, honest inventory is progress, even when the only item you can name today is one favorite recording.

    The first month

    Begin with one honest inventory.

Write down what exists, where it lives, and what you want to remember about it. You do not need polished files or a finished family story before you begin.

Name the material you can already access.

Choose one item to preserve first.

Record the next step for a calmer return.

    What your membership holds

    Practical structure, at your pace.

    A living inventory

Track voice files, photographs, video, documents, and stories you can already access. Add context while the details are still close.

    Monthly self-serve guidance

Receive one focused preservation action, a short prompt, and a reason to return without a crowded assignment list.

    Backup-minded planning

Use the 3-2-1 principle as a practical habit: three copies, two media types, and one off-site copy that you control.

    Permission to pause

Remembrance work follows real life. Keep your place, return when you have capacity, and let one meaningful piece be enough.

    The self-serve rhythm

A repeatable month with room to breathe.

    01

    Notice what exists

Choose one folder, device, or memory source you can already open. Record what you find without fixing every filename.

    02

    Protect the original

Keep an untouched original and make copies you can verify. The member remains responsible for originals, storage choices, and backups.

    03

    Add one piece of meaning

Write a name, place, date, or small story that helps someone in your family understand why this item matters.

    Clear boundaries protect the work.

This membership is a private working library and preservation-planning rhythm. It does not promise unlimited storage, permanent archive insurance, inaccessible-file recovery, analog conversion, professional restoration, AI voice creation, therapy, or crisis support. Files must be saved and accessible for you to work with them.

Members keep their own originals and their own 3-2-1 backups. Storage limits, supported file types, and any future studio-managed connection will be confirmed during setup, rather than implied by a monthly price.

    About the planned studio library

The documented plan is a studio-managed Google Workspace structure named ABDS Remembrance Library, owned by contact@andreabdenney.com. Google Drive is not connected or provisioned in this page build, so you will not receive a pretend folder link. The plan will be activated only after permissions, limits, backups, and retention are confirmed.

Your membership starts with the method, inventory, and monthly guidance. Your own copies remain the dependable source of truth.

    Choose the right layer

Remembrance work can meet you where you are.

The $67 Legacy Guardian Companion remains the daily emotional support layer with its own private workspaces. It is a different experience from this self-serve remembrance organization membership. You can also learn the wider Legacy Continuance Method or explore voice preservation before choosing.

    Questions before you begin

A clear yes, or a clear pause.

What can I organize in the Remembrance Library?+

You can organize saved voice files, videos where a voice can be heard, photographs, documents, letters, and story notes that you can already access. The membership gives you a practical place and a monthly rhythm for deciding what each item means and where it belongs.

Do I have to upload everything at once?+

No. The self-serve rhythm is intentionally small. Start with an inventory, choose one item, and make one safe copy. You can pause when the work feels heavy and return when you have capacity.

Does the $27 membership include Google Drive access?+

The studio-managed Google Workspace library is planned, but Drive connection and folder provisioning are separate setup work. This page does not promise a live folder link, automatic uploads, or access to a provisioned drive today.

How is this different from the $67 Companion?+

The Companion is the daily support layer with private Journal, Reflect, Remember, Advocate, and Companion workspaces. Remembrance Library is for organizing and protecting remembrance materials at your own pace. Choose the Companion for daily emotional support, and choose this membership for a practical library rhythm.
