Voice Preservation Starter Kit — $19

Instant digital access. Non-refundable after you see the download page or open the first video/doc. Because delivery begins at purchase per purchase-flow-rules, on-screen disclosure shows “Instant access — non-refundable after viewing.” If you purchased in error and did not access (no page view event logged), email within 24 hours for courtesy review — we check behavior tracker.

Voice Review Report — $297

Refundable if you request before review starts (before we mark intake complete and assign to Mon/Wed/Fri queue). After review starts, no refund but credit: your $297 becomes credit toward $3K Full Voice within 90 days from report delivery. If report not delivered within 48 business hours Mon/Wed/Fri excluding holidays, you may request full refund.

Full Voice Preservation — $3,000

Refund window: 72 hours before intake kickoff (first file analysis) minus $250 curation/admin fee for queue hold and prep. After intake and draft keepsake begins, no refund because custom restoration has started, WAV masters created. However pause right: clock stops up to 90 days total for health/family emergency with email request — we hold without penalty.

Legacy Continuance Archive — $10,000 (or $1,000/mo x10)

Our flagship 12-week museum-grade heirloom. Due to limited 5 per quarter cap and vendor engagement:

• Within 14 days of signed client agreement and before discovery Phase 1: full refund minus non-refundable production deposits already paid to artisan (printer, framer, heirloom box — typically $0-$600). Deposits disclosed before engagement.
• After Phase 1 Discovery (25% earned): 75% refundable minus deposits.
• After Phase 2 Story (50% earned): 50% refundable minus deposits.
• After Phase 3 Transform (75% earned): 25% refundable minus deposits.
• After Phase 4 Ensure and final delivery link sent (100% earned): non-refundable.
• Pay-in-installments $1,000/mo x10: same phase calculation on total $10K; remaining installments cancel upon termination but earned % due immediately. Pause right up to 90 days total. Travel expenses per Terms: local Middle TN free within 50 miles of 37055, outside billed IRS mileage + lodging + meals — non-refundable once tickets booked.
• If we cap and cannot start within 90 days of agreement, you may request full refund of any amount paid beyond deposits.

Price changes with 30-day email notice; you can cancel before price increase takes effect.
